Arm Bar from the Mount
Step One:
From the mount, wait for your opponent to push against your chest or arms.
Step Two:
Rotate your torso to one side and bring your knee on that side under the persons' shoulder. At the same time, hook the heel of your other leg around the opposite shoulder.
Step Three:
Trap both arms and bring your near leg over the head, keeping your knees squeezed together.
Step Four:
Extend your upper body by arching your back. keep the opponents thumb up. Apply this pressure for the tapout.
