Elbow Escape
Using the elbow to escape
Step One:
It is important to bump your opponent foward with one knee. This will unbalance him and create enough space for you to bring your opposite elbow under his inner thigh.
Step Two:
Bring your knee to your elbow on the side you are escaping, keeping your opponent somewhat elevated.
Step Three:
Secure your position with an underhook on the side you are escaping, and shift your hips out from under your opponent to create space.
Step Four:
Regain your guard
