Rear Naked Choke

Choking the correct way!

Step One:

 From a position behind your opponent, put one arm around the persons'
neck.  Be sure to have your elbow directly below the chin.

Step Two:

 Cup the hand of the arm around the persons' neck over your other bicep

Step Three:

 Bring your other hand behind the persons head.

Step Four:

 Note: Be sure to hide your fingers from the persons' grasp, and
protect your eyes by hiding your head behind your own forearm.

Step Five:

 Apply pressure for the tapout by flexing both arms and bringing the
elbows together.
